Amazon Buys land in Mt. Juliet for $5M

It is well known that Amazon is planning to open up a branch in middle Tennessee. Today the company completed a $5M transaction for a tract of land in Mt. Juliet where it plans to build a new distribution center. The facility is expected to have 8,000 square feet of office spaces for a reported 1,000 to 2,000 new jobs. The job center is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2021.
